Are you legit?

We get asked this one all the time. The answer is yes, we run an honest and legitimate business and have been shipping buds for over three years. You can see our site from September 2013 here at this internet archive (we were solely on the darknet for a year before that). Our goal is to provide our customers with great products and great customer service so they will come back for more and tell their friends about our great products and service. You can try our service for as little as $200. We’re your solid connection!

Can I pay with paypal, credit card, western unions etc?

We do not accept any other payment methods besides what is listed in the payment section. Please don’t write to us to ask!

How long does it take to receive my package?

once payment is received. It can occasionally come sooner or take longer. Generally it takes

48 hours for USA Orders

72 hours (3 days) for Canadian Orders

96 hours ( 4 days) for Australian, New Zealand and South American Orders

120 hours (5 days) European countries, Asia and Middle East

I only received part of my order, will the rest come?

We ship from several locations and it is completely normal for orders to arrive in a few different packages. If you have only received part of your order and 5 weekdays has passed, please let us know at that time.

Is it really safe to order from you?

Through various high tech security precautions, We have created a system where the risk to you is minimal. In our opinion, mail order is safer than buying from a dealer and driving home with the contraband in your car. Your package will look like an ordinary package so who’s to know what’s in it? Please see the security page for more information on my security system.

What is your return/refund policy?

For obvious reasons we do not accept returns. However, when you see the quality of the product you will not want to return it! If your package does not arrive within 5 days of payment, write to me and we will check the tracking records to see if it was delivered. If the package was not delivered due to my error we will resend or give you a refund. If it just gets “lost in the mail” then we will reship. If the package was delivered, we will give you the delivery confirmation code so you can see for yourself it was delivered, but no refund. It could be it was intercepted by a family member or roommate and we have no control over that. Also if it was not delivered due to a customer giving a faulty address there will be no refund.

How do you ship? Will I have to sign for a package?

Do you deliver to PO boxes? Do you provide tracking?
We ship only UPS, Fedex, EMS and USPS. You will NEVER have to sign for a package from us. Yes we deliver to PO boxes. We do not generally provide tracking information for security reasons (But if client demand tracking number it will be provided)
